How GLAD works
GLAD keeps every person and every agent on your team building what you actually decided.
It fits how you already work
GLAD arms Claude Code or Codex CLI in one command and works inside your existing workflow.
Your whole team, in sync
Every person, agent, subagent and parallel session works at once. Each decision lands in the graph as it’s made and reaches every agent it touches while they work, at ultra-low latency.
The record is built for your agents first. They get the decisions behind every prompt and every file they open, and every change they make is checked against what’s been decided. Each decision is recorded with its reasoning, the alternatives turned down and their consequences, and what it builds on, including the ones your agent never mentions.
Resolving every interaction between people and agents
When developers and their agents share one codebase, their decisions collide constantly. GLAD resolves these interactions with minimum invasiveness and maximum precision.
| your agent vs you | GLAD catches prompt drift at every turn and puts your agent back on your intent. |
| your agent vs a teammate | GLAD catches silent overwrites of a teammate’s decisions and has your agent restore them. |
| you vs a teammate | Decision conflicts between teammates are flagged in real time. |
| the code vs a decision | Implementation drift is caught on the exact lines at any diff size. |
| your agents vs each other | GLAD resolves it automatically without notifying anyone. |
No emergency meetings, no merge-day surprises.
Nothing is forgotten
Close the session, switch machines, hand the work to a teammate: every decision is still there, and any agent can search it with GLAD’s recall tool.
Works offline
When GLAD can’t be reached, every call is kept on your machine and recorded the moment GLAD is back.
