First run
Sign in, open a repository and start an agent.
Until you sign in, abloh IDE shows only its welcome pane. Log in with your GLAD account's email and password, or paste the install key from your account page. Make the account in the browser first, at sign up. Forgot your password? abloh IDE emails a six-digit code, good for 10 minutes.
Open a repository
abloh IDE works in the folder it was started in, so cd to your repository and start abloh IDE there. GLAD's background service runs only in a git repository with at least one commit; anywhere else, the inbox says GLAD is not connected.
Start an agent or a terminal
abloh IDE asks what you want to open:
- Start an agent session runs Claude Code or Codex with GLAD already wired in. It asks for a model once per folder.
- Open a terminal gives you a shell in this folder. Nothing of GLAD shows unless you ask for it.
The first agent session on an account plays a short welcome tour. Replay it any time from the command palette with "Show the welcome tour".
The agent session will run capo; until then it runs Claude Code.
